On 18 May 2013, a fundraising dinner for the Australian Liberal Party's election campaign was successfully held in Sydney Hilton Hotel. The event was organized by Waratah's future leader, Mr. Matthew Zhang and sponsored by Waratah Group; and we were highly honored to be able to invite two senior Liberals as keynote speakers - Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Scott Morrison MP, and Senator Michaelia Cash. Matthew gave an opening speech introducing the two keynote speakers, and also spoke about Australia-China relations. As the largest Australian private enterprise in Southern China, Waratah Group will continue to commit to its role in promoting trade and cultural exchange between Australia and China.
